This site is about common sense personal finance. I don’t claim to be an expert but I have lots of observations about personal finance and I love to seek out new articles about personal finance.

Why personal finance? Some people might compare personal finance to root canals. I think that as the economy continues to change and the burden of financial security is increasingly pushed on each and every one of us, we will all have no choice but to take a more active interest in it.

So, this blog is about highlighting articles I’ve seen, talking about things that people have taught me, and posting examples of all the ways companies, people and the government try to take your money.
