Need Some Motivation?
I get the goosebumps every time I watch this short video. It’s about an autistic high school student that has been the manager of the basketball team for all 4 years of his high school education. The last game of the season, his coach tells him to suit up, just to see what it’s like to dress with the team. Well, with 4 minutes left, the coach puts him in and the crowd goes WILD. Well, I bet the coach is wishing he’d done this years ago. He goes on to to shoot 3 pointer after 3 pointer. With every shot, the crowd gets crazier!! I think the coach put him in the game because they were ahead, but I’m not positive.

Ah, well now THAT would have been even more amazing. I love how he describes being on fire as “I was as hot as a pistol.” Congrats to him! What an awesome story.

This is a great vid…one thing I couldn’t find, did they win the game? Maybe I just missed it?
