The communities were small and everyone (who wanted to) knew each other. Now the blogosphere is much like the transition to the 'net from BBSes. We've gone from small, mostly-isolated communities to this huge free-for-all. It's all very exciting, but I can't help but miss the "good 'ole days" at times. Stalking. It's what we all do. Like others before me, I don't leave comments enough, and also have trouble keeping up w/ post and feeds.
