		<description>I think it&#039;s a sad state to say know that generally people are &quot;expecting&quot; big things for Christmas.  I&#039;m not sold on, however, the notion of expecting less then you won&#039;t be disappointed if you get nothing but you&#039;ll be pleasantly surprised if you do get something.  If the focus was rather placed on what you could give in other ways other than materially (though that&#039;s not bad either) but in meaningful and sincere ways to others this would lead to a wonderful change in perspective on the season.  It&#039;s certainly not insurance you&#039;ll be happier but it&#039;s a start.
