Congrats, and may the good times keep on coming. It's hard when you have two homes. I finally gave up on selling my house in Indiana and rented it out. I intend to wait out the real estate market while aggressively paying it down so I can sell it fast when the market comes back. God I hope it does come back. It's getting a tad bit disturbing.
