Stack the Cards in YOUR Favor at a Car Dealership

Have you ever wanted to know how the car dealers spin their web? It’s no secret that going to a car dealer to buy a car is not exactly everyone’s favorite activity. Car dealers use many techniques to put you in a car with the cards stacked in their favor. Many people end up paying far too much for their vehicle because they don’t know all the “tricks of the trade”. This article does an outstanding job of walking you through all the tricks. They send a writer for Edmunds.com in to apply for a job and to learn about all the antics. I highly recommend you read this article. It’s VERY interesting. Bottom line: Do your homework ahead of time. Know exactly what you are going to pay for the car BEFORE you get there. If you are going to finance, line that up ahead of time with your bank or credit union. Do not negotiate on the price and don’t let them bring out their “4 square” paper. By giving them figures on this document, you are giving them everything they need to manipulate your purchase.
