Many animal lovers gladly contributed and took home animals she claimed were vaccinated and healthy. Days later, some pets fell seriously ill, and vet checks revealed they had never been treated. She vanished before anyone could demand answers or refunds.
8. The Religious Missionary Who Asked for Shelter
A soft-spoken man approached families outside a church, claiming to be a traveling missionary who had lost his belongings. He asked for a place to stay just for the night, saying God would repay their kindness. Those who took him in often found cash, electronics, or jewelry missing the next morning.
